Final Times for Try Outs 

 

SCVC 2016-17 Tryout Information

 

Sunday November 11/6 12u 2-4pm & 14u 5-7pm @  Aumsville Elementary School, Aumsville, OR.

 

Age Group & Times:    If parents are unsure as to what age their daughter qualifies for - please

review the CEVA membership profile AFTER registration is complete. There will be a number that identifies what age group they are approved for within the identification code.

 

Sunday November 11/13 16u 2-4pm & 18u 5-7pm @ Stayton Church Of God 7478 Stayton Rd SE Turner, OR 97392

             

 

 

                    Additional Information:

 

1. Girls MUST have their 2016/17 CEVA

Membership card. Players may select to choose the 10.00 CEVA fee for try outs must become full memeber on 12/1/2016.

 

2. Girls need to be prepared for skills testing

       Shoes, Knee pads, appropriate dress, etc.

 

3. Parents will need to complete ALL paperwork prior to leaving youth at try-outs.

 

4. Tryouts are MANDATORY for every player - returning or not. If you cannot make this tryout date - accomodations MUST be made prior to 11/1/16 with the SCVC Administration.
